Our latest International ProjectMiraj School Renovation

This project is near and dear to our hearts as our East Meets West Children’s Foundation doctor, Dr. Vilas Prabhu, actually attended this school in India as a child. He visited his old school and found it in shambles. It broke his heart and he decided to do something about it. He approached Okanagan Rotary clubs for assistance. We agreed to help with the education and health component. Together this new school will have a positive impact on the lives of 1500 children in the small community of Miraj in the state of Maharastra, India. We are so proud to have made such a profound difference.
